(5) After 12-24 hours (15-35 °C), sanding is used. The sandpaper used for sanding is 240# dry sandpaper, and the workpiece is smoothed and smoothed.

(6) Remove the sanded workpiece dust and spray two “+” or two half “+” with our company's white sealer. The paint ratio is 1:0.5:0.3-appropriate.

(7) After sanding for 18-24 hours (15-35°C), it is sanded again. The sandpaper used is generally 320# sand to be smooth and smooth. Avoid sand and sanding.

(8) After removing the dust from the sanded workpiece, start the sticker. Note that the moisture content of the glue should not be too high, and the amount of glue cannot be too thick.

(9) After fully drying, 24-72 hours (15-35 ° C), spray primer, with special yellow transparent primer, the thickness of the two "+" spray gun is preferably 2.0mm, avoid thick coating . (See the main ingredient label or the attached table for the proportion of paint adjustment).

(10) After drying the primer for 24 to 48 hours, grind it with 400# sand paper, and finally use 600# sandpaper to thoroughly clean the sand marks to a smooth, smooth surface. Look no further than the bright spots where the sand is not in place.

(11) Finally, use a special UH-8066-3.5, UHM-8066-2 topcoat, which is specially produced by our company, to give a good sand and dust-removing workpiece to the cover. (12) After 24-48 hours of drying (15-35°C), pack.

(2) The nitro primer should be sprayed consistently, the thickness should be moderate, and the drying must be sufficient.

(3) When sanding the nitro white background, avoid sanding, sanding a slight black mark, etc., to prevent the bottom.

(4) The glue in the sticker should not be too thick or too thin, the moisture content should not be too high, there should be no paper wrinkles and the paper should be broken and flashed.

(5) The quality of the paper used should not be too bad.

(6) Pay attention to dirt and black marks after the sticker is finished, and be sure to let it dry thoroughly to avoid direct sunlight.

(7) When spraying the primer, the proportion and variety of the paint must be matched strictly according to the proportion of our factory. Avoid the thickness should be moderate, not thick.

(8) The primer must be dry enough. The sandpaper should not be too coarse and the sanding should be thoroughly completed.

(9) The matching of topcoats should also be carried out in strict accordance with the proportion of our factory.

(10) The thickness of the top coat can only be moderate, avoid thick coating, spray evenly in place, paint before spraying must be filtered.

(11) Dry topcoats to prevent direct sunlight.

(12) The relative temperature of the primer and paint booths is controlled below 90%.

(13) Stop the operation after the paint room temperature is 38-40°C higher.
